1. Agreement to Terms

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are subject to change without notice. We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit/Debit Cards
• Bank Transfer

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to refuse service if payment is not received.

4. Warranties

All tyres and parts sold by Turbo Express Tyres come with manufacturer warranties. The warranty period and terms vary by product and manufacturer. We will provide warranty information at the time of purchase. Our workmanship is guaranteed for a period specified at the time of service.

5. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments can be made by phone or through our website. We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee for mobile services.

6. Mobile Service Terms

Our mobile tyre service is subject to the following conditions:

• Service is available within Dubai and surrounding areas
• Additional charges may apply for locations outside our standard service area
• Service times are estimates and may vary based on traffic and location
• Customer must provide safe and accessible location for service

7. Limitation of Liability

Turbo Express Tyres shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate vehicle information
• Disclosing any known vehicle issues
• Following recommended maintenance schedules
• Proper use and care of tyres and parts after installation

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Turbo Express Tyres website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Turbo Express Tyres or its content suppliers and is protected by UAE and international copyright laws.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
