- Unused tyres returned within 7 days of purchase, in original packaging
- Wrong size delivered – free exchange to correct size
- Defective products covered under manufacturer warranty
- Damaged during delivery – immediate replacement
Not Eligible for Return
- Fitted tyres – once mounted on a wheel, tyres cannot be returned
- Used tyres with any signs of road use, wear, or damage
- Damage from misuse – improper inflation, overloading, or accidents
- Services already rendered – fitting, balancing, alignment
- Tyres older than 7 days from purchase date
Warranty Claims
All tyres sold by Turbo Express Tyres are covered by the manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty coverage typically includes:
- Manufacturing defects (bubbles, separation, uneven wear patterns not caused by alignment issues)
- Tread life warranty (varies by brand and model)
- Prorated replacement based on remaining tread depth
Important: Keep your purchase receipt. Warranty claims require proof of purchase and inspection by our technicians.
Refund Process

Call or WhatsApp us within 7 days of purchase
Inspection
Return tyres to our shop for inspection (or we can pick up for AED 50)
Approval
Refund approved within 24 hours if conditions are met
Refund Issued
Money returned via original payment method within 7-14 business days
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee may apply to returns for reasons other than defects or our error. This covers inspection, repackaging, and administrative costs. No restocking fee applies if:
- We delivered the wrong size or product
- The product was damaged upon delivery
- The product has a manufacturing defect
Exchange Policy
We offer free exchanges for unused tyres within 7 days if:
- You need a different size (subject to availability)
- You want to upgrade to a different model (price difference applies)
- We recommended the wrong tyre for your vehicle
Service Refunds
Services such as fitting, wheel balancing, wheel alignment, and oil changes are non-refundable once performed. However, if you are not satisfied with our workmanship, we will redo the service at no additional cost within 7 days.
Your Rights Under UAE Law
This policy is in accordance with the UAE Federal Law No. 24 of 2006 on Consumer Protection. You have the right to return defective goods and receive repair, replacement, or refund. For disputes, you may contact the Dubai Department of Economic Development Consumer Protection section.
